Shipping and Returns

At Vanilla Blush we want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us every time you visit. There may however be times when the product you ordered is not exactly what you wanted or expected.

If you are not completely satisfied please return the good unused, unworn and unwashed with all labels still intact in its original packaging within 7 days for a full refund of the price you paid for each item less the delivery charge.
Goods not received back in an acceptable condition for reasons of hygiene will be refused a refund.

Vanilla Blush recommends briefs are tried on over your own lingerie.

Vanilla Blush cannot accept responsibility for lost returns and regret that we are also unable to reimburse postage.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Vanilla Blush delivery policy is to ensure every customer is wholly satisfied with the way in which they receive their order. For this reason all products are delivered and packaged and sent via Royal Mail.

The charge for this is £3.50 for UK deliveries. Goods are usually received within 5 working days although often sooner.
Mainland Europe postage is €7.50 (ensure you are in correct european site)
The rest of the world postage is £6.00.

If any item of stock is out of stock we will email you to confirm the actual date expected.

Please follow wash care instructions carefully we highly recommend hand washing all our lingerie in gentle soap, hand washing liquid or neutral shampoo.

Wash all dark and light coloured fabric separately.

Vanilla Blush warrants that all goods promoted for sale on this site are of satisfactory quality. Specification on this website of the goods to be sold are not intended to be binding and are intended to give general description of the goods.

All goods offered for sale are subject to availability. Occasionally it may be impossible to complete an order if stock runs out or is withdrawn for any reason. If this happens you will be notified by email.

All prices displayed are in UK pounds Sterling and inclusive of Vat and must be paid in full, including delivery charges.

Vanilla Blush reserves the rights to fulfil any order or to refuse to transact with any person for any reason whatsoever.

Users who access the site from outside the UK must comply with any local laws that may be applicable

Vanilla Blush is governed and construed in accordance with English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

The terms and conditions only cover the Vanilla Blush.com site. Any other site to which you link from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content of websites that are not under our control.
