At Vanilla Blush we want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us every time you visit. There may however be times when the product you ordered is not exactly what you wanted or expected.
If you are not completely satisfied please return the good unused, unworn and unwashed with all labels still intact in its original packaging within 7 days for a full refund of the price you paid for each item less the delivery charge.
Goods not received back in an acceptable condition for reasons of hygiene will be refused a refund.
Vanilla Blush recommends briefs are tried on over your own lingerie.
Please send all refunds to the address you see in the top right of all pages.
Vanilla Blush cannot accept responsibility for lost returns and regret that we are also unable to reimburse postage.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Vanilla Blush delivery policy is to ensure every customer is wholly satisfied with the way in which they receive their order. For this reason all products are delivered and packaged and sent via Royal Mail.
The charge for this is £3.50 for deliveries up to £75.00 in value. £4.50 between £75.00 and £149.00, and £5.00 for orders over £150.00 . Goods are usually received within 5 working days although often sooner.
If any item of stock is out of stock we will email you to confirm the actual date expected.
