Shipping & Returns
At Vanilla Blush we want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us every time you visit. There may however be times when the product you ordered is not exactly what you wanted or expected. If you are not completely satisfied please initiate the return process by sending your full price items which are unused, unworn and unwashed goods with all labels still intact in its original packaging within 7 days for a full refund of the price you paid for each item less the delivery charge. We would ask you to send them back to our adress: 43 Dalmarnock Road, Glasgow, G40 4LA with a note inside with your details, name, address and telephone number and a message to let us know if you would like a refund or an exchange. Please ensure you get a proof of postage when returning goods to us.
- Goods not received back in an acceptable condition for reasons of hygiene will be refused a refund.
- Vanilla Blush recommends briefs are tried on over your own lingerie.
- Vanilla Blush cannot accept responsibility for lost returns and regret that we are also unable to reimburse postage.
- Vanilla Blush will not accept returns of any items that were sold as part of an offer or in our 'Undercover Treats' Section of the website.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
Vanilla Blush delivery policy is to ensure every customer is wholly satisfied with the way in which they receive their order. For this reason all products are Tracked and Signed for and sent via UK Mail and UPS.
Shipping rates vary based on the delivery destination, starting at £4.50 for UK Mainland only, £5.50 for Ireland and remote areas and starting at £12.00 for Europe with small increases depending on the quantity of items. Delivery to US or Australia starts at £20.00 (Please note this is a rough quote and reflects the price the delivery company charge.) Goods are usually received within 2- 5 working days (Via UK Mail in the UK) although often sooner within the EU. Please allow 10 working days for non-EU delivery.
**Please Note, our courier will not allow us to ship to a PO Box address. When entering your Billing address details make sure these are entered exactly as appears on your Card Statement otherwise it will decline. If you are experiencing any difficulties please don't hesitate to phone us and we can take an order over the phone. (Details found at the top of every page on the website).**
If any item of stock is out of stock we will email you to confirm the actual date expected.
Important information for International Returns.
Please ensure that packaged items are clearly marked with 'FOR REFUND' on the outside of the package. Otherwise local customs will keep your package and we will never recieve it. Please note we can not be held repsonisble for any packages that go missing in transit when exchanging goods.
